6年博客回顾

这个blog写了6年了,还依稀记得当初促使我开始写blog的那次事故,那次真的是惊心动魄。

回顾一下以往的文章,这几年里发文数量和长度都是指数级递减,但愿质量没有一起下滑。不过这未必是坏事,至少说明了两件事情:
  • 我的水平在提高,很多问题已经不值得写blog来积累了
  • 技术在进步,我遇到的问题越来越少了
的确这六年里发生了很大变化:
  • Blogger改版了,终于有了ReadMore功能,我的脚本可以退休了
  • Ubuntu越来越靠谱了,越来越不需要折腾了
  • 很多我喜欢的旧技术被淘汰或即将被淘汰:flock,python2,  Google Desktop, Google Notebook, 各种Linux QQ
  • 很多新技术诞生发展壮大,但总感觉跟我不沾边:智能手机,微博,微信,Windows 8
 不变的是我还是喜欢折腾技术,宁可看上一天C++文档也不想看微博上各种“今天我又郁闷了”。

Blog也换个主题好了。

各位看官,如果你知道我认识你,而你又有技术blog的话,烦请(再)发我一次地址。估计之前Google Reader里手抖,误删了许多。。。

Initially, I planned to  migrate the containers to VMs , but I couldn't get a stable workflow after about two months of effort. My current server setup, based on Debian Stable and Docker, has served me reliably for years. It's stable, familiar, and gets the job done.
